関西ローカル番組・通称「ぷいぷいさん」で紹介されてたサンドイッチが食べたくて宝塚まで行って来ました。

阪急宝塚南口駅前にある『ルマン』です。番組ではフワフワのスクランブルエッグが凄く美味しそうでした。

ネットでリサーチして行ったのに、探せなくて結局電話で尋ねたら目と鼻の先でした（苦笑）

こじんまりとしたお店で10人も座れば満席。で、満席だったのに、席を二人分設えてくれてそこで頂きました。
初めてなので色々味わえるミックスを。エッグは噂通りフワフワしっとりで美味しかったです。あっさりと美味しかったのはキュウリ。お腹いっばいになりましたよ。

満腹で宝塚駅まで一駅歩きまた電車に乗り、今度は三宮へ。
三宮でブラブラお買い物。でも財布のヒモはしっかり結んでました。トモと出歩くと大変なんだから（笑）

ブラブラしてたお店の中で聞こえて来た会話。
「めし食いに行きたいから早くしよう」
「何食いに行く？」
これね、可愛く着飾った若い女の子の会話なんですよ！
思わずトモにまさかあなたはあんな言葉遣いしてないよね？と聞きましたよ。
どんなファッションもTPOさえわきまえて居れば構わないと思ってます。女の子だからと言う言葉で縛る気もありませんが…やっぱりねぇ。

どんなに着飾ってても、紡ぎ出す言葉が乱暴だったり汚かったら台なしです。

私も気を付けよう。

For the older children my sons favorite toy right now is the iplay Lift off rocket. George is 6 and is really into imaginative play, this toy has two astronauts that fit perfectly in his hand, an alien, a dog, a moon car with awesome wheels and of course the rocket ship which is totally cool. I wake up most mornings to the count down…”ground control to spaceship one prepare for lift off 5, 4, 3, 2,1 we have lift off”. We think this is an awesome toy to have.

I work 12 hour night shifts and usually am hungry by the time I get home in the morning. I’ve made a spoon or two of coconut butter my bedtime snack. Does the trick! I also like having bone broth around, either for drinking or cooking with. yummy!
