カツカツで仁君がダイエット中！（うん、確かにしまって取り戻してきたよね）で炭水化物ダイエットを早速に調べた私です。

先月もあんまりジムへ行けなかったなぁ。今月もまだ行けてないねぇ…。
ブートキャンプも…（汗）

夕方に久しぶりに短大のサークル同窓生からメールが。卒業して○十年、同期女子で温泉旅行を計画したからと。
行く行く！私が行かないわけが無い（笑）既に返事のあったメンバーを見ると20年以上会ってない友もいるし楽しみだわ〜。と単純に喜んでました。

えーと行き先は箱根温泉一泊旅行。そういえば卒業旅行も箱根へ行ったわよね〜♪で、ふと…温泉一泊という事はDoCoMo亀ちゃま一人旅♪じゃ無くて、一人じゃないんだからっ！げーーーーー！

そうそう、一緒に露天風呂とか大浴場と入りに行くのよね？亀ちゃまとなら…あんなことこんなことっ！ニヘラ〜（殴）なんて妄想ってる場合じゃありませんぞ。

痩せなきゃ！

期限は8月一杯。2ヶ月で絞らないと大変な事に！
旅行予定はなんとドリボ3日目の9/7,8。という事は希望が通れば5日6日と観劇してもう一泊してから温泉旅行へと連続して行けるってこと。
亀ちゃまとの妄想デート約束よりも同級生との現実露天風呂の方が切実。
本気でやらないと大変だわ…。

ところで私、中度の炭水化物依存症だったわ（汗）

こんばんわ。私いま痩せてます。
亀ちゃんとのバースデイコンには間に合わなかったけど、二ヶ月で五キロ程痩せましたよ。

クーちゃんダイエットです。六時以降食べないという事ですが、昼食を出来るだけ遅くして（と言っても三時まで）それ以降食べません。それまでは何でも食べます。
水も沢山飲みます。運動嫌いです。
でも、悲しいことにこの身長のせいか（165cm)周囲の人には気づいてもらえないんです。

今まで色々やってみましたが、減らすやり方だと我慢できなくなるので今回強い意志で夕食には手をつけません。
あと三キロほど痩せたいな〜と思っています。
